Too damp to climb doesn't mean outdoor fun can't be had. A scramble up Charnel Clough (located in the Dovestones Skyline in Greater Manchester) which also took in a descent of Wilderness Gully west.
Overall it was just short of 12k round trip walk - not too bad for an overcast & sometimes wet Thursday afternoon
