The 2nd of our 3 Thursdays off presented us with a wet and windy forcast all over the country. Climbing was obviously a non-starter but that didn't stop Robin, Chris and myself from scrambling (Ryan was unable to join us due to "something something work something death by powerpoint something" - I didn't really listen - I don't think it was important )
Wildboar clough (just south of Crowden in Derbyshire) was the suggestion from Robin as he and Ryan had done it a couple of years earlier but in the summer when it was practically dry, so on a wet day the scramble would be quite different for him

About 3/4 the way up we came across this waterfall which lended itself to some shenanigans....
Not much futher on the scramble petered out and we'd reached the top

We walked across the moor, using GPS traces on our phones to find our way to the Blenheim Mk.I L1476 Crash Site

We aimed our sights at the Pennine Way to have an easy decent back to the cars, but Robin suggested going down Torside Clough, which required a lot more care and attention, so no pictures were taken until we got towards the bottom

A very fun rainy day out, which goes to show that no matter the weather, there's fun to be had
