Ryan, Matt and myself met up this Thursday evening at Woodhouse Scar, but rather than bouldering or trad'ing, we challenged ourselves to doing a harder grade on a top rope to see how it was.
The first climb we chose was Bistro (HVS 5a). After setting up the top rope, we all gave it a go, struggling to find a way over the roof. But after a bit of work, I found a way and sent it. Ryan followed after and improved the way as he found a good hold I missed. Matt gave a few impressive attempts but couldn't send it this time

We then worked on Perseverance HVS 5b, completing the former as far as possible on a top rope. We finished attempting Ogion The Silent (HVS 5c) but unable to make the proper start as we held the good holds futher to the right which Yorkshire Grit says we needed to avoid.
